Our client , delivering next generation solutions that solve the most complex sensing, networking and communications challenges facing our U.S. Federal Government Customers, is seeking a PLM Change Control Analyst for our Florham Park, NJ office locations.
In this position you will: Under limited direction, create, input, administer, and manage manufacturing and engineering data utilizing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools such as Omnify and Agile to support production of Printed Circuit Assemblies (PCA), Mechanical & Electrical Products, and Systems.
 Our client Wireless Sensing and Communications is seeking candidates for its research and technology Labs in Florham Park, New Jersey. In addition to Florham Park, New Jersey, we have rapidly growing R&D organizations in these locations: Tampa (Florida), Herndon (Virginia) and Denver (Colorado).

The WSC lab performs advanced R&D to:
•     Create novel wireless communications and situational awareness systems using standards based and custom communications protocols.
•     Create unique small size, weight and power systems for use in air, land and maritime environments
•     Employ advanced signal and protocol processing, channel modeling and waveform
design from HF to W band and optical frequencies as well.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•     Create and maintain Multi-level Board, sub-assembly, and system level BOM structures throughout the development and manufacturing lifecycle to include part creation, data entry and management of engineering documentation, drawings, vendor information,
revision levels, where used, etc.
•     Create OMNIFY/AGILE documents related to the products, such as assembly instructions, errata, and specifications
•     Generate new part numbers and collaborate with Engineering as new features and design updates are being introduced into the manufacturing process to ensure design for manufacturability
•     Create and process engineering change orders (ECO) and perform for Change Control Analyst functions including administering AGILE and/or OMNIFY databases for custom products in a manufacturing environment which includes both Contract Manufacturers (CM) and internal manufacturing
•     Collaborate with Key Contract Manufacturers, internal manufacturing, and component suppliers to support product transition to manufacture and processing of Engineering changes by providing all related files and ECO related materials
•     Attend Design Meetings as necessary with Key CMs and Suppliers
•     Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, and Components Engineering to address End of
Life, other material resource issues, manufacturing quality issues, and to resolve defects
•     Perform nominal OMNIFY/AGILE Administrator functions including backups and archiving of the databases
•     Travel to other our client Locations or Customer Sites as necessary
•     Understand and adhere to all our client’s Ethical and Compliance policies
•     Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to our client EH&S policies and procedures
•     Perform other duties as required
•     If required, obtain/retain a government security clearance at the level required to perform the duties of the position
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
•     Associates Degree in Technology with focus in Industrial Engineering, Drafting, Engineering Records, Supply Chain Management or related technical degree and 6-8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience
•     Must have experience in Product Manufacturing from a change control, engineering records, production planning, or supply chain management perspective
•     Experience with Product Lifecycle Management tools e.g. Oracle’s AGILE, Omnify

•     Attention to detail and accuracy
•     Self -starter and able to manage multiple competing demands.
•     Ability to work well with others at all levels in the company.
•     Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing on technical subject matter
•     Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows software applications and other software applications as required
•     Ability to obtain/retain a government security clearance at the level necessary to perform

the duties of the position
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
•     Advanced degree preferred
•     Experience as Change Control Analyst with Electronics Product Manufacturing experience, preferred.
