The Salesforce Administrator will be a part of Product Development department, we support and develop Salesforce through the online ticketing system. He/she will mainly support Europe/US offices. This will initially start as a part-time SF administrator in conjunction with Operations with the possibility for a full-time position in the future.
  • Daily administration and support of Salesforce database including but not limited to managing multiple user set-up, data quality, record types, page layouts, workflows and fields.
  • Keeping up to date with Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Train new and existing users on how to run reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze Business requirements, procedures and provide solutions.
  • Inform staff on system maintenance or downtime.
  • Provide end-users with technical support.
  • Facilitate training for users and for new features.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies and Salesforce configuration.
  • Work and deploy from Sandbox environment to test all changes to business logic.
  • Assist with testing Apex development in testing environment.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work with users to ensure SF meets their needs.
  • Detailed-oriented with communication and analytical skills.
  • Provide excellent support to "customers" across the globe (internal users) via face to face, chat, telephone and email communications
  • Fluent in Chinese is a plus but not necessary.
