The Marketing Analyst will assist the marketing team based in London and in the USA on projects relevant to the EMEA part of the business and to provide support across reporting, campaign execution, event planning, and business analysis.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities  including but not limited to:
  • Assisting marketing team in data analysis projects
  • Participation in launching new advertising campaigns across different channels and countries, in coordination with the London and Sofia marketing team and US-based designers, web team, SEM and analytics teams.
  • Constant monitoring of results. Generation and sharing of regular sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Competition monitoring.
  • Providing insight alongside the Marketing Analyst in London and putting forward new ideas for marketing growth.
  • Assistance in submitting text for language translation and QC where appropriate and connection to the EU sales offices.
  • Translation of marketing materials (web pages, advertising materials, emails, social media, PR etc…)
  • Assistance in event planning, including booking of venues, logistics, and coordination of marketing campaigns and reporting.
  • Assistance in creating and pushing to market new web pages and other marketing content.
Administrative follow-ups (contracts, invoicing, data recording, budget etc…)
Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience    candidates should have:
  • Microsoft Office (knowledge of outlook and excel)
  • Bilingual in at least one other foreign language, ideally French, Arabic or German.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Understanding of marketing in a financial environment
  • Able to absorb information quickly
  • Strong organizational, workflow and administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good analytical ability and willingness to solve problems.
First experience in digital marketing, advertising
Interfacing With:
  • UK and US-based marketing teams, and the analytics and business development teams in the different regions.
Régional EU offices (London, Paris, Berlin, Milan etc.)

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
