Our client is a leader in the rapidly expanding field of online currency trading services for retail and institutional traders. The firm operates out of offices in, Plano, San Francisco, London, Paris, Hong Kong, Sydney and Sofia.

The Salesforce Administrator will be a part of Product Development department that supports and develops Salesforce through the online ticketing system. He/she will support all international offices of our Client. 

Working hours: 40 hours/week. Monday to Friday 

Responsibilities:
  • Daily administration and support of Salesforce database including but not limited to managing multiple user set-up, data quality, record types, page layouts, workflows and fields
  • Keeping up to date with Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Train new and existing users on how to run reports and dashboards
  • Analyze Business requirements, procedures and provide solutions
  • Inform staff on system maintenance or downtime
  • Provide end-users with technical support
  • Facilitate training for users and for new features
  • Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies and Salesforce configuration
  • Work and deploy from Sandbox environment to test all changes to business logic
  • Assist with testing Apex development in testing environment
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work with users to ensure SF meets their needs
  • Detailed-oriented with communication and analytical skills
  • Provide excellent support to "customers" across the globe (internal users) via face to face, chat, telephone and email communications
Requirements for the candidate:
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work with users to ensure SF meets their needs
  • Excellent writing skills for documentation creation/maintentance
  • Detailed-oriented with communication and analytical skills
  • Provide excellent support to "customers" across the globe (internal users) via face to face, chat, telephone and email communications
