We are now seeking a highly motivated, organized and upbeat individual to join our team as a Customer Care Expert with Italian and English.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide support to clients that use company’s websites, by chat, phone, and e-mail
- Answer and follow-up client’s queries about the products, the software, the procedures etc.

The profile of the successful candidate:
  • Fluent in ITALIAN AND ENGLISH, spoken and written
  • Computer literate, at ease with chat
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Resourceful and dynamic problem solver
