Our client is a Fortune 500 company who finance, manage and develop projects for the private and public sectors across the world. Currently looking for talented individuals to join their highly skilled teams in Kuwait - Camp Arifjan on US/NATO military bases.

Benefits: annual flights to and from home country, housing and medical insurance are paid for by the company. 
4-5 weeks vacation, 1-year contract 

This position will support all areas of Human Resources as dictated by daily operations.
 
Responsibilities:
- Assists in the day to day HR operations in a variety of areas: Customer Service; MOB/DEMOB; Contract Administration; HRIS, E&S & CM.
- Prepares personnel change of status (PCOS) requests for transfers, promotions; termination, release, contract completion, etc. Ensure that proper approvals and reviews have occurred.
- Handles customer inquiries and complaints, finding resolution at the lowest level.
- Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the AC FIRST Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and
minimal lost-time injuries.
- Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management
System.
- Duties may vary as determined by the workload.
- Assists with the administration of various employee benefit programs, such as group insurance, life, and medical.
- Assists with maintaining dental, accident and disability insurance for the contract.
- Enters data into HRIS system ensuring the accuracy of information.
- Administers CENTCOM annual physical requirements.
- Maintains sick-call, in-processing and out-processing
- Prepares, maintains and distributes employee contracts (new & renewal).
- Maintains employee files in the HR filing system.
- Handles all aspects of performance appraisal maintenance and notification, to include
database management.
- Processes contract wide leave requests.
- Assists with annual physical packets
Mobilization/Demobilization:
- Prepares and processes of new hire documents.
- Maintains OneSource by ensuring new hire paperwork is uploaded.
- Conducts with new hire presentations.
- Facilitates DEMOB presentations
- Provides translation to OCN employees.
HRIS:
- Maintains employee files
- Maintains OneSource as instructed
- Prepares shipment of files to corporate.
Employment and Staffing:
- Receive and process “Request to Post”.
- Prepares the weekly job bulletin and distributes to the workforce.
- Interfaces with candidates and processes Request for Interview.
- Reviews all resumes against the job description and summarizes the qualifications on the Candidate Analysis Sheet to determine if the employee is qualified a position.
- Complies all qualified applicant’s data into Employment Recommendation Worksheets and provide completed Job Packet to designated management.
- Receives and reviews completed job packet for completeness and accuracy.
- Processes Offer Letters for selected internal candidates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:
- 2-4 years of progressively more responsible experience in two or more of the following human resource areas; On-boarding, compensation, recruiting, training & development; performance management, contract support, benefits administration or information technology, is required.
- Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.

Specialized knowledge and skills:
- Must have a general understanding of HR processes and related areas.
- Must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees, including top, middle and supervisory levels of
management.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork.
- Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment.
- Must be able to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion.
- Must have high-level organizational and planning skills, so that workflow is managed efficiently and
accurately.
- Must have high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word and Excel, Outlook, and other
related applications.
- Must be able to function with an intermediate level of English language skills, both verbal and written.

Additional requirements:
- Must be a passport holder of a NATO member country. At this time we are only hiring Europeans.
