Freelance Recruiter (Remote | Commission-Based | Flexible Hours)

IC Recruiting is expanding our network of freelance recruiters. If you have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment and are looking for a flexible way to earn additional income from home — we’d love to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are proactive, organized, and want to stay active in the recruitment field while working independently on a commission basis.

About the Role

As a Freelance Recruiter at IC Recruiting, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles across industries such as IT, Finance, Hospitality, and Manufacturing. You’ll work remotely, manage your own schedule, and earn based on successful placements.

Responsibilities

• Actively source, screen, and present candidates for open positions

• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Use LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and recruitment tools to identify talent

• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from both clients and candidates

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing needs

• Understand each client’s company, culture, and hiring needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months recruitment experience (agency or in-house)

• Experience hiring in IT, Finance, Hospitality, or Manufacturing

• Strong written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)

• Confident user of online sourcing tools, LinkedIn, and social media

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage your own time and workload independently

• Experience with Boolean searches is a plus

• Sales or account management experience is an advantage
