Digital AD Operations Associate

Our client is a leader in the rapidly expanding field of online currency trading services for retail and institutional traders. The firm operates out of offices in London, Paris, Hong Kong, Sydney and Sofia, currently looking for highly motivated and focused individual to join our marketing department in capacity of Advertising Traffic Associate. All of our clients marketing efforts are managed and optimized directly by in-house marketing teams across all digital media:  SEM, SEO, Display, Social, Analytics & Optimization and PR.
Adverting traffic associate will support display efforts inclusive of traditional media trafficking and optimisation, behavioural re targeting and Real Time Buying support, overall campaign/creative optimisation and strategy.  
Work duties:
  • Set up display campaign in Google Campaign Manager, traffic html tags and QA publisher tag implementation. Work closely with publishers and media buyers to resolve any issues.
  • Create insertion orders and line items in Google Display & Video 360, check availability of inventory, enter campaign targeting information , ensure all elements are set up properly, manage daily and monthly delivery of the campaign, incorporate change requests as required, suggest enhanced targeting and optimisation , and generate programmatic reports to share with upper management and internal marketing department.
  • Monitor campaign delivery: notify media buyer of under/ over deliveries and work directly with vendors to address tracking issues. Monitor performance trends and report any anomalies.
  • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly delivery / performance report and analysis. Accommodate ad-hock reporting request and meet publisher reporting needs.
  • Analyse campaign and/ or creative performance, propose optimisation strategies inclusive of ad rotation specs, frequency caps and day- parting. Launch new creative and adjust ad exposure per given criteria/management set requirements.
  • Ensure proper tracking visibility by monitoring conversion/ click data trends, reporting any anomalies, troubleshooting conversion pixel implementation and facilitating tracking fixes.
  • Work with media buying team, regional managers and creative team to meet campaign deliverables deadlines and ensure campaign compliance, legal and brand standards are met.
  • This role provides opportunity to expand trafficking/ display optimisation responsibilities to absorb display A/B Creative testing and optimisation, rich media creative testing and optimisation, display specific landing page and optimisation testing.
  • English fluency: verbal and written
  • General understanding of digital media and advertising is required. Preferred some marketing experience (not necessarily display specific).
  • Experience in ad trafficking or digital ad operations is valued but not required.
  • Experience with 3rd party media platform such as Atlas, DFA, or ad serving system such as DFP, OAS (Xaxis) is preferred but not required.
  • Must be a self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks
  • Ability to prioritise and handle large volumes of tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical & quantitative skills
  • Must be comfortable using Excel and working with large sets of data. ( pivot tables)
  • Looking for team player, with strong work ethics and individual dedicated to team’s success. Must be willing to take on tasks and duties in other marketing or administrative areas should there be a need for resources.
