Integration Support Engineer (preferably Turkish speaker)

Our client provides end-to-end technology and customer support solutions for the fin tech industry. They offer tailored teams and solutions to each client adapting to the technologies already in use or providing the analysis and IT strategies for new products and projects.
Now they are looking for energetic and motivated Integration Support Engineer (preferably Turkish speaker)
to join our international team in Sofia.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Data mapping and development using XML / XSLT
  • Providing creative and constructive feedback to other team members to improve products and processes, and to create new products and processes
  • Consulting with customers to define integration architectures, solutions and requirements
  • Consulting with customers to define web or mobile based architectures, solutions and requirements
  • Consulting with customers to provide expert advice in their management of integration technology and web or mobile based solutions
  • Customer Integration (Development, Configuration and Installation)
  • Customer Support (telephonic, email and onsite)
  • Troubleshooting and detailed problem analysis
  • Implementation of business rules using J boss Rules/Drools
  • Implementation of business processes using J BPM
  • Creating custom component for existing external and internal frameworks
  • Troubleshooting and detailed problem analysis
  • Basic Infrastructure Support (Hub and Secondary Systems)
  • Extending the out of box capabilities of the software
  • Extending skills base to include a comprehensive knowledge of the development space
  • Providing professional services to the best of his abilities and acting and behaving in a professional manner in all dealings relating to the Company
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Integration
  • Becoming skilled on the company’s various integration platforms
  • Working with clients and team members to scope and successfully implement of integration solutions
  • Identifying and advising clients of additional solutions and benefits to be achieved
  • Development o Identification of client requirements, scoping and successful implementation of web based and mobile application based solutions.
  • Identifying and advising clients of additional solutions and benefits to be achieved.
  • Extending skills to include a board technology focus
  • Keeping up to date with the latest development technologies available.
  • MQ, ESB and SOA related technologies
  • Java/J2EE, .NET/C#, PHP, Linux (configuration and administrator)
  • Mobile Development (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile)
  • Support focus
  • Personal relationship management of assigned clients, including regular contact and forming a good working relationship with the client
  • Support of developed/deployed solutions
  • Support of infrastructure (Servers, OS and Applications)
  • Quality focus o Focus on building bug free/testable solutions
  • Reusable code/solutions
  • Personal Project Management/Time Management, Personal project management of assigned projects within agreed time and resource constraints
