Current Vacancies and Compensation:

Allround Croupier: €3,288 gross per month excluding tips (€20,55 per hour).
Poker/Blackjack Dealer: €2800 gross per month excluding tips (€17.95 per hour).

Average Costs for Employees:

Health Insurance: €145 per month (€35.58 per week).
Housing: €395 per month for a furnished private room in a shared house (€98 per week) optional
Car Rental: Optional at €217 per month (€50 per week), with travel costs reimbursed at €0.19 per km.

ET-exchange document

The candidates will participate in the ET tax arrangement. This means you may receive a tax-free reimbursement of the housing costs (this is a tax advantage, so a higher net salary!).

Cancellation of Deposit

Workers arriving in January will NO longer have to pay a deposit for accommodation.

Your Role and Commitment:

As an Allround Casino Croupier or Poker/Blackjack Dealer, you will:

Manage Games: Conduct table games ensuring fairness and excitement.
Engage with Guests: Deliver guest-oriented service with excellent communication.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2.5 years in a similar role.
Skills: Strong mathematical ability, guest-focused, and effective communication.
Language: Good command of English (B2-C1 level).
