IT Officer (L1-L2)with Flexible Shifts in Sofia

This role offers rotating shifts (10am - 7pm; 6pm - 1am), catering to a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle.

As a key member of the IT team, you'll:

  • Offer comprehensive technical support across the client's global offices, both onsite and remotely, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Take charge of configuring and maintaining hardware and software systems, keeping the technology infrastructure robust and up-to-date.
  • Engage in IT Administration tasks, such as managing user accounts, password resets, and implementing Group Policy Objects (GPOs), to ensure a secure and efficient IT environment.
  • Conduct essential training for employees on common applications, empowering them to utilize technology effectively.
  • Provide first and second level support, troubleshooting a range of issues and escalating complex matters to ensure swift resolutions.
  • Serve as a vital link between the client's IT department and external partners, including resellers, integrators, and vendors, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Manage IT assets meticulously and optimize the use of the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool for peak performance.
  • Champion the Incident Management Process, ensuring a rapid and effective response to IT incidents.
  • Be prepared for occasional international travel, broadening your professional and cultural horizons.

What the client is looking for:

  • A foundation in IT, through education or equivalent experience, ready to hit the ground running.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing your ability to navigate the IT landscape with expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft ecosystems, including Operating Systems, Active Directory/Azure AD, Exchange (Online and on-premises), MS Teams, OneDrive, Office 365, and Intune/Endpoint Manager.
  • Self-motivated and deadline-oriented, capable of working independently to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English and the ability to assist users through various channels.
  • A problem-solver at heart, with strong analytical skills and a knack for troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and a process-driven approach to IT support.
  • Any Microsoft certification will be considered a valuable addition to your profile.
