About the Role

IC Recruiting, a trusted recruitment partner, is hiring on behalf of our client to find a dynamic professional to lead customer onboarding optimization efforts. This role requires a blend of strategic UX expertise and leadership skills to deliver exceptional user journeys within a hybrid work model.


Key Responsibilities

Design and Strategy:

  • Optimize the registration portal for intuitive and seamless user experiences.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and functional designs to address business goals.
  • Integrate eKYC, screening, and payment solutions into the onboarding process.

User Research and Testing:

  • Conduct research, interviews, and usability tests to improve user journeys.
  • Analyze user data to identify pain points and enhance processes.
  • Utilize A/B testing and insights for iterative improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with IT, product, and compliance teams to align objectives.
  • Collaborate with vendors for smooth integrations and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Present design concepts, research findings, and updates to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with trends in UX, eKYC, and onboarding best practices.
  • Identify and address user experience challenges proactively.
  • Enhance decision-making processes through automation and data insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX design for complex digital environments.
  • Strong knowledge of eKYC, screening, and payment vendor ecosystems.
  • Expertise in user-centered design, research, and usability testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor UI/UX teams.
  • Experience building and scaling teams effectively.
  • Passion for solving user pain points through innovative solutions.

Working Hours & Location

  • Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
  • Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
  • Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
