Job Overview
As part of our Institutional Sales team, you will play a critical role in growing the company’s institutional client base, identifying new opportunities, and managing complex sales cycles. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in institutional FX and CFD trading who are eager to expand their networks and drive high-volume trading business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate new institutional business while leveraging existing relationships.
- Prospect and acquire sophisticated institutional FX and CFD clients, including hedge funds, banks, asset managers, family offices, and retail brokers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customize offerings based on client needs.
- Analyze trade data, including fill ratios, latency times, and spread analysis, to optimize trading performance.
- Qualify clients for various liquidity and technology solutions.
- Strengthen client relationships to increase trading volumes and market penetration.
- Drive results in gross trading volume and net revenues across accounts.
- Manage long sales cycles, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to enhance product knowledge.
- Perform additional assignments and tasks as directed by management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing sophisticated and high-volume institutional clients.
- Ability to build a strong book of business in a short time.
- Proficiency in institutional FX concepts, including FIX protocol, connectivity, aggregation technology, Order Matching Systems (OMS), and settlement.
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Skilled in handling complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Creative problem solver with a strategic approach to overcoming challenges.
- Strong ability to learn and adapt to client needs, new products, and industry trends.
- Excellent networking and lead-generation skills.
- Experience selling or supporting institutional clients using e-trading tools, including platforms, research, and OMS solutions.
- Existing network or client base suited for institutional trading solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
