Job Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Developer with hands-on experience in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI) and SharePoint development to join our enterprise IT team. In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud-based business solutions. You'll help modernize legacy systems, automate business workflows, and support data-driven decision-making through custom applications and integrations.

This position also involves migrating and transitioning SharePoint 2016 on-premises solutions to the cloud, aligning with best practices in Microsoft 365 and Azure architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
Migrate and upgrade SharePoint 2016 on-prem applications to SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Create and maintain custom web parts, apps, and flows using Power Platform and .NET / C# technologies.
Design automated workflows to streamline business operations and boost efficiency.
Perform quality assurance testing, bug fixes, and system enhancements.
Maintain clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams, user guides, and deployment notes.
Participate in Agile sprint cycles, including planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
Communicate with end-users, vendors, and business analysts to gather feedback and improve solutions.
Report directly to the Senior Systems Engineer, IT Department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Solid experience with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online deployments.
Expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
Development experience with .NET, C#, XML, HTML, Power Fx, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React.
Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Azure services, and PowerShell scripting.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git or Azure Repos.
Proficiency in API integrations and use of custom connectors.
Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) in Microsoft 365 apps.
Proven track record in requirements gathering, application lifecycle management, and system deployment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
