Our client, a leading international company based in Sofia, is looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join their growing Business Intelligence team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop deep technical expertise, drive automation, and shape how regulatory reporting and data insights are delivered across the business.

Prepare and deliver accurate ad-hoc and recurring regulatory reports within set deadlines.
Build, test, and maintain data controls, including reconciliations and validations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Document and refine business requirements and reporting processes.
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to increase reporting efficiency.
Analyze and integrate new data sources into existing systems.
Partner closely with Data Warehouse, Data Science, and Analytics teams to enhance data quality and business impact.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python.
Excellent analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
Proven experience in data quality control and error resolution.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive mindset with solid project management and prioritization abilities.
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and reporting outputs.
Strong Excel knowledge (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Exposure to regulatory, audit, or tax-related processes.
Understanding of statistics (distributions, hypothesis testing, regression).
Experience using Tableau or Apache Superset for visualization.
Work on complex, meaningful projects that require creative problem-solving.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
