IC Recruiting is hiring a German-speaking Personal Assistant for our client in the energy sector. You support a senior executive with daily admin, scheduling, and coordination. The role is remote, and you can work from the Sofia office when needed. Occasional business trips to Germany may be required.
Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
Coordinate travel plans and possible trips to Germany
Handle communication in German and English
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and suppliers
Maintain organised digital files and documentation
Track deadlines and follow up on tasks
Handle confidential information professionally
Attend in-person meetings in Sofia when required
Fluent German, strong English
3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and remote-work tools
Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
Professional communication and high confidentiality
Must be eligible to work in Bulgaria
Preferably someone with stable family commitments who values long-term employment
Experience in the energy sector
Experience working with German companies
Knowledge of tools like Teams, SharePoint, or similar
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Remote work with Sofia office available
Occasional travel to Germany
