Dental Assistant  Competitive Salary + Bonus

A growing private dental clinic in Sofia is looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join its patient-facing team. You will be supported by a personal mentor during onboarding and work in a clean, modern environment with a young, positive team.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Contract: Permanent, full-time Salary: €1,600 – €2,000 net/month, based on experience Hours: Monday–Friday, shift schedule + 1–2 Saturday duties per month Start: As soon as possible

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their visit
• Provide personal care and attention to patient needs
• Assist the dentist during treatment procedures
• Complete medical documentation accurately and on time
• Clean, disinfect, and prepare treatment rooms for each appointment
• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments to required standards
• Maintain dental equipment and ensure the clinic meets sanitary standards
• Conduct monthly revision of materials and monitor stock levels
• Monitor and support patients during their time in the clinic

• Responsible and reliable — you follow through on commitments
• Computer literacy is an advantage
• English at B1 level minimum (required)
• Prior dental experience is a plus, not a requirement
