About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and crypto-savvy QA Specialist to join our fast-growing crypto services division. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring the performance, functionality, and integrity of our digital asset solutions.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on QA professional with a deep understanding of blockchain technologies, testing workflows, and a strong grasp of user experience within high-compliance environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end manual QA processes for crypto services across platforms

• Identify, document, and track bugs with precision and consistency

• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and UX designers to ensure rapid issue resolution

• Contribute to the refinement of QA workflows and documentation

• Conduct testing across core features, integrations, and operational workflows

• Evaluate user experience with an eye toward usability and performance

• Participate in compliance-aligned risk assessments and sign-off procedures

• Ensure that all bug fixes and enhancements are validated before production deployment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or business analysis

• Strong familiarity with crypto platforms, blockchain technologies, and digital asset ecosystems

• Skilled in identifying, reproducing, and documenting issues clearly and efficiently

• Comfortable using bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)

• Understanding of user journey principles and functional flows within fintech or crypto systems

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Fluency in English (C1 or higher)
