Registration Portal CX Lead

We’re seeking a visionary Registration Portal CX Lead to design, optimize, and manage our client onboarding experience for a financial trading platform. Enhance user journeys with seamless eKYC, compliance screening, and secure payment solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategically optimize and design a user-friendly registration portal for traders and investors.

• Integrate specialized eKYC, compliance screening, and payment systems tailored to financial trading.

• Conduct targeted user research, usability testing, and data analysis to improve onboarding.

• Collaborate closely with IT, compliance, and product teams.

• Partner effectively with compliance and payment vendors.

• Continuously update onboarding strategies aligned with evolving financial regulations and UX trends.

Requirements:

• Proven UX design leadership experience in financial trading or complex digital environments.

• Strong knowledge of eKYC, compliance, and payment ecosystems.

• Expertise in user-centered design, research, and usability testing.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and scale UX/UI teams.

• Deep understanding of financial regulations impacting onboarding processes.
