About the Role

IC Recruiting is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists on behalf of our client in the hospitality sector, managing boutique accommodations in Bologna and Florence, Italy.
You’ll join a small, dynamic team providing remote support to guests — ensuring smooth check-ins, timely assistance, and professional communication through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Handle guest communication in Italian and English via email, WhatsApp Business, and VOIP calls.
Support guests during online check-in through the Vikey platform, verify documents, and resolve access issues.
Manage reservations and modifications in Octorate (property management system).
Process payments, issue invoices, and manage add-ons such as early check-ins, late check-outs, parking, or pet fees.
Provide assistance during stays using video guides and pre-set instructions.
Monitor and respond through Keplero.AI, the automated service channel.
Coordinate with local teams when on-site intervention is needed.

Requirements

Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry.
Confident using digital tools and online communication platforms.
Strong communication skills and a calm, professional attitude.
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
Flexibility to work in rotation, including weekends and on-call evening hours (22:00–01:00).
