About the position

IC Recruiting is looking for an experienced Esthetician for an established premium beauty and lifestyle concept in central Sofia.

The role is primarily focused on providing professional facial and beauty treatments and developing long-term relationships with clients.

The location also offers a curated selection of premium fragrances, cosmetics and beauty products. Between appointments, the Esthetician will assist clients in the boutique and recommend suitable products where appropriate.

This is first and foremost an Esthetician position. Retail sales are a secondary part of the role.

The opportunity would particularly suit an experienced professional who already has some clients in Sofia and would like to continue developing their clientele from an attractive central location.

Responsibilities
Provide professional facial and skincare treatments
Consult with clients and recommend appropriate treatments
Assess individual skincare needs and personalise treatments accordingly
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and treatment-room organisation
Learn and work with the professional cosmetic brands used by the centre
Keep up to date with treatments, products and skincare techniques
Recommend appropriate skincare and cosmetic products to clients
Assist boutique customers with fragrances and beauty products between appointments
Support the development of new and returning clientele
Candidate profile

We are looking for someone with:

Professional qualification or recognised training as an Esthetician / Beauty Therapist
Practical experience providing professional facial treatments
Good knowledge of skincare, cosmetic products and treatment protocols
Strong client-care skills
Professional appearance and communication
Ability to work independently
A commercial mindset without aggressive selling
Interest in premium cosmetics, skincare and fragrances
Bulgarian and/or English communication skills

An existing client base in Sofia would be a strong advantage, but it is not essential for an excellent candidate who can demonstrate the ability to build and retain clients.

Experience working with premium professional cosmetic brands would also be an advantage.

Compensation

The employer is flexible and can discuss two remuneration models depending on the candidate's experience and existing clientele

Employees also receive commission on sales of fragrances and cosmetic products.

Final remuneration and structure will be agreed with the successful candidate.

Working hours

The location can accommodate either:

11:00 to 19:00, or
12:00 to 18:00 for a 6-hour working arrangement
